Shipping to the U.S:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes as determined by local authorities. These additional costs, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping within Israel:

• Within 3 business days - Door-to-door delivery

• Within 7 business days - Registered mail

• Free self-pickup from Cochav Yair

Cancellations & Returns

The jewelry can be replaced as long as it was unused, and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery/pick up. We would be happy to offer you another piece of jewelry or store credit for future use.

A monetary refund is possible within 10 days of delivery / pick up, less a cancellation fee at a rate not to exceed 5% of the transaction price, or $30, whichever is lower.

Please note: It is not possible to return custom-made jewelry and worn jewelry.
Return shipping of jewelry to my Studio in case of return or exchange will be done at the Customer’s expense.
