1. Introduction and Eligibility
Welcome to Dganit Hen –Jewelry Design online jewelry store.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of jewelry products sold through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Terms and Conditions in this policy are described in the female tongue for convenience purposes only, and all Terms and Conditions refer to both sexes equally.
Any purchase made via the Website is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this policy. You are requested to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and in full.
Business days are weekdays, Sundays through Thursdays, and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday evenings and holiday intermediate days.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this website and make purchases.
Any person who orders and/or purchases through the Website declares that, upon the execution of the action, she has read these Terms and Conditions, and that she agrees to all the provisions and terms of these Terms and Conditions, and that she or anyone has no claim and/or demand and/or complaint against the Website and/or the Company.
The Website Terms of Use apply to the use of the Website and the services contained therein through any computer or any other communication device (such as a cell phone, etc.). In addition, they also apply to the use of the Website either through the Internet or through any other network or means of communication.
When updating the shopping basket, the Company reserves the right to send a reminder to the Customer about the abandoned basket by sending an e-mail to the provided e-mail address.
2. Products – Jewelry Description
All jewelry is described as accurately as possible. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or descriptions will be completely accurate due to screen differences or handmade variations (if applicable).
The Company does its utmost to ensure that the information presented on the Website is the most complete and accurate possible. It should be clarified that the information may, in good faith, include therein inaccuracies or errors, and the Company will not be held responsible or liable for anything arising out of or relating to them.
As many items are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the unique character of the product.
Product photos are for illustration purposes only; actual colors may vary depending on screen settings.
3. Materials and Care
Materials used (such as Silver, Gold, Gold-filled, Gemstones, etc.) are specified in each product description.
Natural stones may have variations and inclusions.
Jewelry care instructions are provided for longevity; we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, exposure to Perfume, Alcohol, Cleaning products, Chemicals, swimming pools, seas or hot springs, or physical impact.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in $US and include taxes as stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
5. Orders and Availability
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
The Company does not undertake to maintain an inventory of all jewelry/models whose pictures appear on the Website.
Once the order is placed by the Customer, the Company will examine the credit card information, and upon confirmation of the order by the credit companies, a notification will be sent to the Customer that the transaction has been approved.
In case the transaction is not approved by the credit Company, the Customer will be notified accordingly and will be required to provide an alternate form of payment.
It is emphasized that the Company will be entitled not to approve a Customer’s order for any reason and under its sole discretion as in cases where:
If the Website Services were used to perform an act that is considered illegal under the laws of the State of Israel or to enable, facilitate, assist or encourage the execution of such an act.
If there is a financial debt to the Company or companies associated with us and the debt is not repaid, even though the due date for payment is due.
If the Customer’s credit card is blocked or restricted for use in any way.
Once the payment information has been entered on the payment page, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail on the receipt of the order details.
If it becomes apparent that the Customer’s credit card is invalid, or the credit card Company does not honor the transaction, or PayPal (or any other electronic wallet service) does not honor the charge, or the requested product is not in stock by the Company, the Website Management will contact the Customer to complete or cancel the transaction.
If payment is made via a PayPal account, the Customer will be asked to enter her account information on the PayPal website, or she can choose to open a PayPal account swiftly. If the Customer decides to pay with a PayPal account, the Company will be able to charge for the products only after receiving PayPal’s approval.
6. Custom and Personalized Jewelry
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Any approved design details are the customer’s responsibility once confirmed.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and shipping times are estimates. Supply of goods to Customers is carried out by registered mail/courier delivery through a courier on behalf of the company, within the delivery time promised at the time of the sale.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or force majeure events.
Registered mail delivery – Shipping time depends on Israel Postal Company.
In case the shipping address resides in locations to which courier mail cannot service, the order will be sent by registered mail.
The Company undertakes to pack and ship the orders within 18 business days to the requested destination (except custom made items which take up to 5 weeks from the date the order was placed), and only after the purchase process is completed, and provided that the credit card company that issued it approved the transaction.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
The shipping fee will appear at the end of the order process under the items the Customer has chosen to purchase and will be charged when placing the order
8. Returns and Refunds
Non-custom jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
Earrings may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Dganit Hen Jewelry Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our jewelry or website.
We are not responsible for damage caused to jewelry due to improper use, lack of care. We also not responsible for damage resulting from contact with Perfume. Alcohol, Cleaning products, Chemicals on the Jewelry, or, from use in swimming pools, seas or hot springs.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Company does not store credit card numbers on its computers.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
